This is not a specific training routine but a very good article covering lots of foundational stuff for all to ingest and consider when choosing or modifying a routine.

Hi, I've been using Jim Wendler's 5,3,1, program for a while and it's genius! it's meant to be for strength training, but I've made some serious gains with it in the last 6 months or so...

Great post are shared by you. I appreciate to you on that.
Routine have many much importance for body builders or fitness perspective. If right routine for right body part is applied then it means that body gain strong muscles with attractive body figure.
