I've been getting a weird nerve twinge in the back of my neck on the left side to the left of my spine when doing bicep curls, even after a few reps with medium resistance.
I don't mind a bit of pain but the sensation kind of tells me to stop what I'm doing.
Any idea what it could be and how to prevent it etc? It only seems to happen with bicep curls and none of the bodyweight stuff I do.
