Thanks to everyone for making the week so great, but of course special thanks to Jacob for organizing it and Carin and Johnny for cooking :D .

I forgot to also make a special thanks to the people who gave workshops, seminars and who instructed during the activities :) .

back with a lot of pains in muscles i wasn't aware of (hoffmeister's crossfit training has been fatal!!!), i'm also full of happiness for what i've just experienced.

i really cannot express in words how much you gave me during this week. i tried to get to know and talk to as many people as possible. my only regret is that time wasn't sufficient to deepen all the new friendships. some of you naturally clicked with me and others, unexpectedly, showed me and gave me much, much more than i could expect. i'm sorry if i couldn't or wasn't able to express all my gratitude then and there to everyone. i almost reached the point of crying yesterday morning. i'm doing it now.

highs and lows:

H1 - you
H2 - food, so good i hate more than double my normal portions
H3 - the crazy random muscle burning activities

l1 - too many experienced exorcists
l2 - a week (5 days actually) is too short
l3 - weather, not always excellent ... but who cares, we had a great time nonetheless!!!

[quote="JP"]i am pretty confused about what screenname / rel name people have, should have written them down :D

i wrote down an almost complete list. i'll pm it as soon as it's ready

[quote="Liati"]Had a great time as well!! Looking forward to seeing all of you at WFV 2011 Vienna! :D

or italy 2011 maybe
i'm focusing on some kind of stuff

Felix and me also had a great time.
:D
We already checked out the hosting possibility, gyms etc. for next year.
How do we decide who will host the next year's VFW??

Maybe start a thread in the General Discussion area. Post a list of your plans and the pros and cons of holding it in Vienna. Soniczip can do the same.

It is a true luxury to have someone else make food for you tree times a day. And though my body is sore, I still feel good and glad.

Thank you Jacob and everyone else involved in cooking, cleaning, workshops, trash talking, screaming, driving and instructing. I hope you know and feel how appriciated you are for making this happen!

Thanks to all of you. My heart is now a bigger place, just so I could fit you all in! :D

[quote="JP"]devils plaything - hats off mate, super dedication with the training and eating regime for the upcoming comp, and looking great for it!

Hehe, thanx you evil knife-fighting Finn!
I can't say it was easy to keep resisting the awesome looking food ;) But I also had a lot more power in my workouts and a great over all feeling due to the super positive atmosphere and the impression of support coming from everyone! :D :)

i had sooo much fun! all the workshops i participated in (boxing, break dance & crossfit) and the running session were really great. there was nothing in the program which i didn't enjoy, every day was so nice. thank you so much for all of that! and thanks to emile and floi for sharing their wisdom with us in the seminars about running and body building! i learned a lot in those few days, tried many new things, got to know many lovely people.. great job, jakob organizing it! and last but not least a round of applause for the hard working cooks!

i miss you guys already! can't wait until VFW 2011!!

Pretty much the most awesome thing ever. How do you top that? 3 superb trips (Schaffenhausen, bathhouse, fortress) and wonderful people!

How about keeping first one in Italy and then another one in Austria? :D I would come to both.

Anyway, sign me up for the next year already!
