my goal should be to reach 67,5 Kg bw when dehydrated
Current PBs:
210 kg SQ, 135 kg Bench, 260 kg DL

Long Term Goals:
@ 75 kg: SQ - 252,5 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 282,5 kg, DL - 307,5 kg, Total (w/o Wraps) - 710, Total (w/ Wraps) 712,5 kg
@ 82,5 kg: SQ - 275 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 277,5 kg, Total (w/ and w/o Wraps) - 772,5 kg

Why would you even want to be dehydrated in the first place?

Goals: Bench 100kg / bodyfat under 15%
Bad guys don't count carbs

to be honest, I have no idea what kind of shape I'll be in by VFW. will post goal(s) after I hit up the OLY gym again when I get back from Palestine. would be nice to set some PBs although I think flux can outlift me any day :wink:

Are you kidding? With a deadlift like yours, you should be squatting 150+
Don't give up - surely the allure of not losing in epic fashion to myself is motivation SHUT UP AND SQUAT.
