Goals for Vegan Fitness Week Germany 2010

Postby baldy » Wed May 12, 2010 9:01 pm

About 3 months till VFW 2010, everyone is training hard, what kind of goals would everyone like to achieve before they get to VFW?

I would like to get my bodyweight up to the milestone triple figure 100kg.

Goals
Baldy: 100kg bodyweight
JP: shot put event has to be mine!!!
Psychonaut: optimize my squat and deadlift techniques. (sounds like PB time to me!!)
bronco: beat JP at the high jump attempt.
Talyn: beat baldy on the squat (or resort to wilks to beat him)
XkillerX: weight more than Talyn and squatting more than Baldy.
dublin dave: Look awesome.
.flux: Do every event humanly possible and survive!
KaliBaby: Drive XkillerX crazy by walking around in a bikini all the time.
Mellos: Reach 67,5 Kg bw when dehydrated
Euphoric: Bench 100kg / bodyfat under 15% and beat Baldy's total
Repo Man: Gain 5kg in bodyweight

Probably time to change my avatar then, sounds like we are going to have opposite goals then DP with you being super skinny and ripped.

my goals are modest because it will probably be just after a (possible) move to finland and a spell of not much training.

However, the shot put event has to be mine!!!

My goal is to beat JP at the high jump attempt. If it seems I might not make it I will pull out of the comp because of the high injury risk associated with track and field.

They oftenget confused by the fact that they are almost half protein themselves.

My goal is to beat baldy on the squat. If it looks like I am not going to be able to do it, I will revise the goal to beating his squat via wilks total, which should be easy 8)

It is on, prepare to get pinned!
With Wilks if you stay at about 80kg and I am at 100kg then I will need to lift about 15kg more than you? Might be possible.

Probably, but hey, I am sure the five or so kg I put on in the last few month will also be really beneficial :D .

I wouldn't worry too much. Baldy has retired from heavy squatting now that he's finished the Smolov base meso. Cue Baldy saying he was going to max out today but it's a new moon and Calvin gets shot in Hollyoaks this week so he did some German Volume Training in the deadlift and will max out "next week" instead.
