I've been out of commission for a couple of weeks now so I don't know what kind of shape I'll be in/if I can head a BRTV workout  sorry Jakob

Hi, I am a Vegan from Konstanz, so Jakob asked me to assist a little.
Something got mixed up though:
I do climbing and mountainbiking, but no road cycling. So Jakob, please regard this...

There is a rudimentary one in the first post.

If you need a hand with all those MA sessions, I can jump in with some Kick-/Thai-/Box lessons.

So, on the 24th, I would go with you to do outdoor climbing, depending on the weather.
In the case of good weather I suggest to go all day, not only the afternoon.

Yes I surley could. I can't really say I qulaified to teach any MA besides boxning, and even that was quite a while back I did it. So if there are any grapplers (Killer?), budo folks or thai/kickboxers who wants to have session. Please do...

I learned a lot from the one session with you, I think you were a good coach. Plus you let me hit you in the stomach a lot which was kind of fun.
