What do you think about a workshop making seitan?

The seitan you made, will used in a dish at diner.

Tha programm as it is now seems a bit too full to me.

Also, I would prefer more weightlifting sessions. It would be cool to make a technique-session for squats and deadlifts for the lesser experienced under us.

too full but you would like to see more stuff? :D I like it!

Its ok, there will be a lot of stuff because of the overlapping sessions, in the end the list of activities might look MASSIVE but when it is scheduled it will be fine.

There will be at least two barbell sessions, one powerlifting focus, one weightlifting focus, but nothing stopping people to squat in both/all sessions. There will be squat workshop for sure, and plenty of people giving advice on all other lifts too i am sure.

So not everybody is doing everything, right?

yeah, you choose your things.

Like runners will be probably doing some kind of running every day, people into strength training will train perhaps 3 times during the 5 days, people into martial arts will do something every day, sometimes perhaps twice.

And cross trainers will pick and choose like in a all vegan candy shop :D

As I'll be leaving on thursday I'ld like to offer my service as running instructor for monday-wednessday.

Personally I don't see any problems with activities at the same time as I think 40 people is to much for many (at least the running) workshops.

Have given training to over 30 people at the same time, have no problem with this, but this highly reduces the possibility to answer questions, to be flexible and to give attention to each and everyone.

if there could be a squat workshop on the first 3 days I'ld love to attent.
