I think its time to start talking some trash about:
- Who will be the worlds fastest vegan 100m sprinter
- Shot put, apparently kids in Germany are taught to shot put at school. If this is true then you guys have an amazing advantage.

actually it is true, but for me this was more than 10 years ago !!

Ok how could i forget... we have to plan track and field sports!!! I will ask my sprinting fried to make us a good sprint training if there is interest, or is there anyone coming who could do it?

previous years we have just blagged it often - as in, no format instructor for the whole track and field session.

In holland we had Wea which was awesome.

In finland we just did the events one after another - runners had running session at the same time, no?

I think runner would be qualified to give sprinting instructions too?

I aim to DESTROY everyone at shot put!

actually it is true, but for me this was more than 10 years ago !!

for me it was only about five years ago, but still i just hated sports at school

I had this in 10th class, so 2 years ago but i was fourth of all even though i was the second smallest shot putter
But I had some difficulties to get a legal try
Current PBs:
210 kg SQ, 135 kg Bench, 260 kg DL

Long Term Goals:
@ 75 kg: SQ - 252,5 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 282,5 kg, DL - 307,5 kg, Total (w/o Wraps) - 710, Total (w/ Wraps) 712,5 kg
@ 82,5 kg: SQ - 275 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 277,5 kg, Total (w/ and w/o Wraps) - 772,5 kg

Hm... if there's enough interest, I'd try to do a posing workshop, as suggested by baldy.
I still suck at some poses, but it would be a good exercise for the upcoming BB-Comp in October!
