No beer for me since I will be dieting for german natural BB championship during that time! :(

Also probably no "cheat food"... and less heavy lifting... oh my! ;)

I'd really like to have MA sessions every day.

Maybe we can have advanced classes in the mornings (all kinds, running, weightlift, MA etc) and during the day and evening sessions its for everybody and tutorial classes.

will there be any awards/prizes for the strongest mofos at this event? need some motivation to get to veganstrongwoman status again haha

I vote yoga sessions in the morning, great way to start your day! I'm also interested in MA tutorials. running whenever is definitely a must!

mhmm beer drinking... we have to speak about that but i would suggest to not drink beer during the week because it´s supposed to be a fitness week... but on the last evening we could make a party and then...

PARTY!!! :)

I'm up to climbing! Jakob, can you ask your climber friend are there rocks and bolted routes, or boulders around? And does he do lead climbing?

What I could teach if people are interested in, is parkour aka freerunning.

i think there is both around. He has just bought an old house and is renovating it but i think he will have time to join the forum in a month or two.

Is someone willing help me doing the timeplan for the activities? i am heavily occupied with work at the moment and i don´t know for how long...

I'd like to help you. But there is still some time left, isn't it? We don't need to rush this.

hoffmeister boxing session VFW2008 was great, I would love to do it again if he is willing to run it again.

What about martial arts stuff? I am in no way good enough to teach Aikido, but can give a brief demonstration maybe.

Lots of people have talked about self defense on the forum, anyone able to give a workshop?

I demand there be grappling or I wont come. On the other hand, in a worst case scenario we could grapple in the grass :D .

Boxing also sounds very nice, self defence I feel strangely uninterested in for some reason.

They oftenget confused by the fact that they are almost half protein themselves.
