Vegan Fitness Activity Transportation

Postby jakob » Thu Nov 26, 2009 4:43 pm

I thought of renting a small bus for the week, with maybe 20 seats or more to get to the activities. Or should we use public transportation ?

I think from the financial side a rented bus is maybe even cheaper then if all people use the public transportation.

What do you people Think about that?

Is there anyone attending with a bus driving license? I don´t have one...

With the standard license in germany you are only allowed to transport 8 people.

swings and roundabouts really...

at previous weeks the transport has been crucial. If the transport links are good then its no problem. But if not then a big crowd of people will struggle to go from event to event on public transport alone.

In finland we had a combination of the two, sometimes public, sometimes several cars shifting people around.

If the numbers are around 30 it could be possible to just move those people with all the cars that come there maybe? And perhaps rent one of the 9 seaters?

Don't forget there will be people arriving with car by default. Definetely not the most eco friendly solution but comes in handy.

Probably best to wait and see how many people are bringing cars with them.

Yes you are right, didn´t thought of people coming by car :/
But good suggestion having a 9 seater extra + the cars!

I would rent a bus. Sounds like fun and we would have more space for the stuff we hace to take with us.

I can't vote though, there keeps an error coming every time I try.

don´t worry... i think we will have enough cars, but i think we will also use some public transportation.

How is it Kali, will you come? haven´t received your full fee yet but i plan with you.
