I'd love to come! Totally not a lifter of any kind but would be great to meet folks and looks like a great place for running, swimming and biking? Maybe our own mini-triathlon??

Looks good, I'd be down for this.

"Mini-triathlon" = 20metre swim, 500metre bike, 100metre sprint?

[quote="jakob"][quote="gauze"]Armwrestling would be absolutely essential.
I'd like to request an odd-object/forgotten lifts challenge eg. max zercher lift, bent press, thick dumbbell one armed press, two hands anyhow w/barbell + kettlebell etc

good input!! do you have some plans for how a armwrestling table should look like?

I'll have to find out specific dimensions etc, but I think it'll be very easy to make.

you really can´t ride a bike? no problem i taught it once to a woman and she now can ride a bike.
There is one basic rule: always steer in the direction you think you will fall. Take a bike and put the saddle low enough to put your feet on the ground and then roll around and try it out.

:lol: :lol: at least that makes me feel better! I was more thinking along the lines of a sprint distance

500m swim: 20k bike: 5k run :wink:

such a simple sentence and yet it made me laugh :lol: maybe I'm sleep deprived... :roll:

I vote yes for the mini-triathlon! also, perhaps yoga/mediation time for those who are interested?

I'm interested in! This trip wouldn't demand much money :) Good climbing possibilities in Germany, yes? I'm just a beginner in climbing but it would be one again quite popular as in last year's VFW.
