Too late I know, but for future reference Spitalfields Market has a few stalls that have vegan options. I think it's only open on Sunday though......... There was a raw food stall there the time I was there.

There is a really good health food store with lots of vegan snacks/options near the Market on Commercial Street.

Of course, Brick Lane is not too far away either, if you fancied a vegan curry.
