Vegan roommates wanted - in Birmingham!

Postby littlegirlbunny » Fri Jan 13, 2006 5:46 pm

As some of you already know, im in the process of buying a house in birmingham. If everything goes smoothly (which, is not always the case with house buying!) im hoping to be in sometime in february.

I will have two spare rooms up for rent, preferentially to vegans/veggies.

If any of you are, or know anyone who may be, intrested, then please PM me :D

Glad to hear everything seems to be going according to plan!
I had a chat with the lady at reception, and it seems like they have nobody interested in moving in at the moment - so no way for me to get out of the contract
Would be brilliant to live with other vegans - if you should have a room available in September 2007 *lol* after I'm back from Italy I'd be more than happy to move in!

Have got friends who live in Brum - one works at the uni so could ask him to put an ad up there if you want (they are not veggie/vegan but have friends who are)

Will also tell my vegan friend at work Weds (she has other vegan friends in the area)

Might be worth contacting the One earth cafe/shop in Digbeth and Rooty Frooties to ask if they would put an ad up?

I might be interested! it just depends on what happens with Uni, I've applied for Nottingham but if that falls through I'm coming to Birmingham.
It would be awesome to have a vegan roommate :)

Still if you get other offers don't wait for me, as this is only a maybe at the moment. I'm 21/m/vegan/non-smoker/no pets

Good ideas! I'll do some posters this weekend and get them distributed. I was going to take a wander around all the local health food shops in the area and see if i could get them put up. I'll be by the uni in the next week or so, so i'll put some notices up then.
