My daughter is headed to Europe - and I might be too! :D

My daughter and her girlfriend plan to visit Europe in a couple of months from now. Half of the time they will be in Palma y Barcelona en Espana, but they also plan to visit London, Berlin, Praha and Venezia. While my own plans are far less certain, I would very much like this to be the year that I finally hop the puddle! If everything works out, I'll also be stopping through Berlin and am looking at possibly visiting other parts of Germany and nearby countries. I'm particularly excited to visit Slovenia, Austria & Sverige. Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland and Czech are also places that it is quite possible I'll at least pass through. I'd love to hear from any of you folks in all of those countries, as well as elsewhere around Europe! :D

I just moved to Barcelona and I already love this city! Let me know if you come with them here and we'd lift some weights together. ;)

London? Everyone knows it's all about Manchester and Glasgow

I probably said all I can in the Berlin thread. I went to Ljubljana so long ago that my specific advice probably isn't helpful but it's a really nice city, it's quite small and possibly a bit not much to do but I think it'd be perfect in the middle of a trip where you've been pretty busy and do just want a few days more chilled

Thanks for the replies! :D

My trip plans are coming together more & I'd love to meet up with folks! I'll be starting out in Sverige (Stockholm & Uppsala) at the end of April, heading down to the Munich & Salzburg area for a few days in early May before heading up to Berlin. I plan to be at the Vegan Street Day in Stuttgart and would like to check out Heidelberg as well as the Schwarzwald region. I fly out of Berlin in mid-May. If anyone reading this is in one of those areas or wants me to visit another places in those general regions - please get in touch! :)

Oh, I'm also looking for folks in Facebook so please check your friend requests there.

My wife and daughter recommend this place, http://www.max-pett.de/blog/?page_id=1409 in Munich. They came back with many tales of awesomeness...
