My wife and I stayed at a vegan B&B near Seattle for our anniversary this weekend. Here is the link: http://www.somedayfarmveganbedandbreakfast.com/
If you're ever in this neck of the woods, I highly recommend checking it out. It was absolutely fantastic. Throughout the day you can hear birds singing in the wetland on the property and then at night a chorus of frogs kicks in. The owners have a plethora of farm animals roaming around and are very entertaining to see how excited they get when the farm owners show up. Every morning breakfast is brought out to the cabin that is homecooked, vegan and very tasty. Then you are left alone to do whatever you'd like. The cabin itself is pretty much fully stocked with it's own kitchen and a gas stove. Seriously, I cannot sing high enough praises. It's also a great comfort to know that you don't have to constantly remind them you are vegan or worry about not being able to have the food.
