Amsterdam, Germany, and Prague vegan tips?

It's my first time traveling to Europe. If any of you have any general tips, places to go, or certain way to order vegan in any of these places, please let me know!

If you go to Amsterdam. Than you have to go to Vega-life. In de shop they sell all vegan stuff but there you can pick up your Vega Map. This map wil lead you to all te vegan places.
The Vega-life shop is 10 till 15 minutes walking from Central Station. Nice walk!

We like the Bolhoed very much. It is close to the Vega life shop. On saterday also in that areau is the organic marked. The sell also vegan things and vegan rawfood.
I love also Deshima a macrobiotic vegan lunch restaurant and Waaghals vegetarian place with vegan options.
On the map at Vega-life there are also squaters kitchens. They are not expensive but I havn't been her jet. Shaky's is also nice for lunch.

I advice you to go to Vega life to get the map and than use the Vega map.
