I would recommend
http://www.naturbageriet.dk/ for some vegan Danish pastries and bread. I enjoyed a delicious chocolate croissant and the traditional kanelsnegl, a sort of thin and almost crunchy and sugary cinnamon bun. There are quite a few vegan treats on offer and there are two bakeries. The one I went to is a short journey on the metro or train to the Nørreport station and it's at Frederiksborggade 29, there's another one near Frederiksberg station at Istedgade 98. Denmark is also great for good quality, sturdy bread. None of this Hovis nonsense we have to endure here in the UK.
