Hi there,

two kids later I am back on the board :-) Hopefully on a regular basis now.

In January (15th) I am taking my family to Sydney and am now looking for other vegans that live there, a BABYSITTER (paid of course), a GYM, maybe vegan CHILDREN and an APARTEMENT (or any other place to stay for the first couple of days). In total we will stay in Sydney for 6 months.

We are Mark (vegan rugbyplayer, Physiotherapist), Johanna (vegan rugbyplayer, Student), Lasse (vegan, 3 years old) and Mia (vegan, 5 months old)

What a great welcome :-) a bit like coming home ;-)

Yes I still play. Took a break for each of my children though. Have to say that due to my studies I don't know whether I will play for Germany again within the next couple of years, but definately for my Club. About the "professionally" - well none pays me right now ;-) (In Germany we say you are a professional when someone actually pays you for what you do.)

Welcome! Unfortunately i cannot offer you a place to stay as i only have a 1 bedroom apartment. Are you moving here for your studies?

@Benzilla: Yes. I will be studying English Literature and Australian contemporary Arts at Macquarie University. Was lucky to get a scholarship :-)
It's nice to hear that you would offer us a place to stay if you could :-)

Macquarie Uni is pretty nice, lots of grass areas and space around. I went to Mac Uni as well. There is a new train line in that area as well, so transport to/from Macquarie is a lot better now as well.

anyone in Sydney already? I'm visiting and would be fun to meet up. Send me pm or so. Going to Sydney tomorrow and I think will be there evry now and then until mid Jan.
