Seems like everyone's there these days :-).

However, I'm in, it's only a bit longer stopover though. So if anyone wants to go to some of these eating places, I'll be there next Thursday afternoon (I think between three and seven or so). Maybe we can start some kind of a 'pepper exploration' team since it's hard to find ...

Ah I missed your post.

But for the next person I found out two new vegetarian places with good vegan options.

Betty's must be excellent http://www.bettys.nl/ this is always fully booked and I try to go there but didn't get a change.

And I just went to the waaghals http://www.waaghals.nl/infoENG.htm its was since a long time that a restaurant in the Netherlands made me suprise. Was realy good!

Oh, didn't make a difference in the end, my flight was cancelled and I had to go the next day and bookings changed and everything ... I made KLM pay for the bananas I bought at the airport though :-)

I'll try again next time (it's just a matter of time, I travel through Schiphol too frequently :-)).
