What to do with cornmeal?

Postby vCLaW » Thu Oct 18, 2012 5:31 pm

I have acquired a large bag of cornmeal. Now what should I do with it? Any recommended recipes?
I'm thinking about trying polenta or cornbread. Or maybe some sort of porridge?

Be sure to tell us about all the kitchen experiments you make with that.

What kind of activity are you involved in Really where large bags of cornmeal are acquired I just wonder.

I try not to ask questions about peoples acquisitions of corn meal, particularly not in such a public setting as this... Really, a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy is best so far as corn meal is concerned.

I think you should make these or something like these, but if you google "vegan cornmeal recipes" loads of appetising stuff comes up.

Ventilating the possibilities, on a hypothetical level and for educational purposes,
of large quantities of corn meal is more widely accepted though as it seems.

Keep wishing for more creative suggestions to turn up.
