Raw Vegan Ideas?!

- bag of carrots
- bowl of grapes
- 30 bananas

Or just pick any normal recipe and skip the cooking part.

I like raw nut burgers for a filling meal. This is derived from Thrive.

1 cup almond and walnut mixed
1/4 cup flaxseed ground
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 clove garlic
sea salt to taste

Process into a paste, then make into 2 patties. Serve with your favorite veggies.

Hello again Johnboy, quick question for you.

Late last year I got a number of strange, anonymous texts from somebody who later gave his name. It was the same as your name (John W...)

I see no reason why you would know my (now defunct) mobile number or if you did, why you'd text me, but I have to ask so I can close out the question in my head, ...was it you?

Gazpacho?

Ingredients (amend according to your taste):

1 kg Tomatoes
1 Onions (brown ones)
1 Cucumber
1 Bell pepper
1 small can of Pellati (peeled tomatoes), or 1 package of pureed tomatoes
4 slices of Toastbread
6 Garlic cloves
1 - 2 Chili
Salt and Pepper
0.5 liter veggie broth
6 - 15 tbsp Balsamico, white (amend according to taste) or Sherry Vinegar
6 - 15 tbsp Oliveoil (add at the end when everything else is blended)

--> Everything into the blender. (If you have a small blender, blend in batches.) Done.

Put in fridge and cool for one hour. Serve.

No, No and No... seriously why would you post this on a wall anyway? Why not PM me?

I don't know you, I don't know your mobile number, I don't know anything about you, I haven't the faintess interest in anything about you and haven't thought about you in any way whatsoever since I was last on VF :D

Hope that clears it up! Some crank must have used me name!

I'm not in the slightest bothered by it, if Hiking Fox wants to know who it was, all she has to do is work out who she has fallen out with who had her number and knew my name. There can't be that many people left after that filtering.

Thanks for this, you did actually have me going with your previous post.

I'm sure you can work out why I had to ask publicly and didn't PM you!

Now that this is sorted, I'll make no further mention of it.
