Waffle day!

Since it is waffle day today in Sweden, I thought it would be a good idea to re-post this recipe.

here's a simple waffle recipe, makes really tasty and crunchy waffles

Crunchy waffles

100g veg margarine, melted and cooled
4 dl soy milk
1 tsp baking soda
3 dl wheat flour

blend everything together. make waffles

Not a bad idea, but my favorite use of waffles is instead of bread for peanut butter sandwiches
