SO I like putting various cheesy sauces on things. If I'm making a nice thick cream, I usually stick with cashews, and a little bit of nutritional yeast, but today I needed something to put on my couscous that I never tried before
So it was essentially cauliflower, nooch, a little bit of liquid aminos. Not super cheesy, but it's a nice saue with couscous and mixed vegetables. It'll keep me nice and satisfied at work tomorrow when I go on my lunch break.
Do you have any alternate 'cheese' sauces that you make for things? (not buy!)
