Christmassy recipes

Hi,

first Christmas as vegans and we are looking for good recipes.

I found this http://www.parsleysoup.co.uk/list.php?category=christmas and am probably going to make this http://www.parsleysoup.co.uk/getrecipe.php?section=christmas&recipe=chestnut_roast. My wife is obviously making mince pies and is baking cookies.

Any other suggestions? What are you cooking and baking?

I probably won't be making anything from this site, http://veganeasy.org/Christmas-Recipes, but I've made tofu turkey before and it is awesome.

we made a Shepherds pie with mushrooms/lentils and greens

plus side veggies

just ate leftover cold for lunch at work :lol:
