Hmm, I have tried that but with real cocoa, and I must say I wasn't impressed. It tasted more like a vegetable mash than a tasty dessert. I can just imagine how horrible it must be with carob (which I think tastes like cardboard).

Sorry for being so negative here, I guess we all have different tastes :)

Really? Did you use the dates to sweeten it and create a chocolate type texture.

It would def need the dates, ive had my fair share of mousse's and puddings and this held its own.

Hmm, I would have to cut the avocado in half (too strong of a taste for me!) but otherwise it looks delicious! I made a different recipe once, 1 avocado, 1/4c agave, 1/4c cocoa powder. It was intense!

Also, is that your site, powerlifter?

Nice one Fallen_Horse, id expect the agave would sweeten the recipe in a similar way that the dates do. Although you should try the dates if you do it again, they provide a sort of "fudgey" consistency so it helps.

It is indeed man, it is the blog which is attached to our store - Amla

Hmm, you have a nice selection of teas there. What does shipping to the US cost? Also, do you mind if I ask how you get stuff so cheap?

Thanks Fallen_Horse, the shopping cart will automatically work out postage for you. Although if it is a semi large order contact me via the sales email and i will see if i can knock something off the shipping for you.

In regards to the cheap prices we try to price most of our stuff is cheap as we possibly can but without sacrificing the quality. We usually buy everything in bulk so it helps bring the price down abit :).
