i bought a bread machine and it came along with a small recipe book.
the problem with the book is they put eggs and milk everywhere ... suckers!!!
because the manual is a bit fussy about the actual proportion of ingredients and it says they have to be right if you want to make good bread, my questions are:
how do i replace the eggs? with a sobstitute or with an equal amount of water? and how much water does an egg equal to?
any other tip?
