I can say that these were great... but i don't think many or any other countries know what lamingtons are? It's basically like sponge cake with chocolate with coconut. They are very popular in oz.

....and in NewZealand, like the pavlova something we fight with australia about the origins of.I loved lamingtons as a kid, and made them at my work awhile back..also like the jammy ones!
