We normally just buy one but the wholefood shop has run out... I know there are loads on line but I would like to bake one that has been tried and tested... its great to take on snowy walks

oh Ive found one now,
http://www.suma.coop/2010/10/29/vegan-c ... ke-recipe/have made a lovely cake, changed the recipe to incude lots of nuts, dried blueberries, dried pineapple, zero sultanans and zero raisins... Ill leave it for a few days before marzipan and icing then scoff the lot in the hills
