Can any one help me veganise this Bulk up Curry. I found it in an 2008 magazine.
How many serving will I get out of this?
The meat head version contains: 842Kcals, 50g protein, 99g carbs, 38g fat
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp curry powder
375ml veg stock
150g low-fat yoghurt (Could I use coconut milk as I don’t want to use any more soya)
1/2 small Spanish onion
2 tsp fresh ginger
2 slices jalapeño chilli
270g cooked meat head (How much cooked beans should I use 2 x 14oz tin of chick peas)
4 tbsp powdered milk (should I use 4tbsp of ground sesame seeds?)
4 tbsp chickpea flour
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garam masala
100g almond butter
175g silken tofu
200ml V8 vegetable juice
30g toasted flaked almonds
250g basmati rice
375ml water
