8 tagliatelle buns - boil these.
In the meantime, make this sauce:
1 garlic clove - fry in oil.
Add approx. 150 g of diced smoked tofu, herbal salt, pepper and some soy sauce.
Add 1 packet of soy/oat cream and a dash of balsamic vinegar or wine, simmer for a few minutes.
Add fresh spinach leaves, almost a full colander. Let it simmer some more.
Serve with soy parmesan!
