I've never had a Blondie before, I might try making that one. Do you find the recipes very sweet ninearms?

Not particularly, although I'm probably of the persuasion that says cakes, cookies etc can never be too sweet. I mean I eat sugar cubes sometimes... :P

The blondies are very tasty - I'd go with the recommendation to leave out the choc chips first time round so that you get more sweet potato flavour coming through. We added the choc chips and the flavour that was present in the batter ended up being masked a bit too much.
