I was experimenting the other night and made something a little out of the ordinary but it was good! Super simple too
Made a 3 bean Chili but added vegetable pasta spirals
2-3 cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can black eyed peas (or just two cans of black beans)
1 can white beans
1 can corn
garlic (diced and sauted in olive oil)
chili and cayenne pepper to taste
1 bag vegetable spirals
Only takes about 15-30 minutes to make depending on the pasta.
