Occasionally like to feel the burn, but that's it. Good poll though :)

I scored a one, so I guess it makes great sense that my evil twins score nine :D.

I wanna play :D

1: Do you Bench more than or equal to your Squat max?
No. But only cos my bench sucks.

2: Do you listen to Euro-pop whilst pumping?
Sometimes. They play some local Liverpudlian radio station. The same competition has been running for the past 2 months. No-one ever guesses it.

3: Do you train with pink weights?
No.

4: Do you train to feel the burn?
Rarely.

5: Are you partial to Smith machine Bench and squat?
No. F**k the Smith machine (someone had to say it).

6: Do you think free weights are dangerous?
Hell yeah. And the day you forget that - that's when the free weights strike.

7: Do you perform weights and cardio on the same day?
All the time

8: Do you thinking grunting or hissing whilst lifting is no kool?
It happens. Grunting during concentration curls though, no kool.

9: If male do you train in-front of the ladies deliberetly?
No ladies in my gym. We don't even waste time providing a changing room for the possibility one might wander in.

I'm going to rate myself a 3 due to a few grey areas.

I was thinking "10: Are you afraid to file your grippers and ruin their aesthetic value?" but then I noticed Bronco was taking enough stick on this thread already

There - that's not so bad is it?

Regarding question 7, do sets with more than 5 reps count as cardio?

Quite proud of myself, only scoring 1 and all (guilty of enjoying the burn from time to time), though my score would have been higher had there been a question about bicep curls

What is wrong with doing cardio on the same day I lift? I do not want to be a fat asre.

The very fact you dont see a problem is a sign of Disco.

more than 30 reps counts as cardio, it dosnt mnatter the amount per set. Altough 30 is verging on disco.

I forgot to put in a bicep qestion oops.

the fact that you didn't think of curls being disco shows how disco you are.

I do shrugs over 30 reps sometimes :D

But as a counterbalance, i do my cardio as 3 sets of 10 reps on treadmill.

Having to endure euro-pop and actualy listening to it are two different things.

The beast in my gym dances to it in between sets, its very scary. I think he fancies me as well

1) Do you Bench more than or equal to your Squat max?
nope. i bench with dumbells anyway (i think thats less disco than a barbell, anyone else agree?)
2) Do you listen to Euro-pop whilst pumping?
i listened to postal service the other day while doing a strictly ab work day. TOTALLY DISCO!
3) Do you train with pink weights?
no
4) Do you train to feel the burn?
not really, but i can't say i don't enjoy a bit of muscle soreness (that's what youre referring to, right?
5) Are you partial to Smith machine Bench and squat?
i dont know what that is.
6) Do you think free weights are dangerous?
no way
7) Do you perform weights and cardio on the same day?
all the time (except for yesterday cause i was short on time)
8) Do you thinking grunting or hissing whilst lifting is not kool?
nope
9) If male do you train in-front of the ladies deliberetly?
nope

Depending on the clarification of the "burn" thing, i guess that makes me a Disco Wannabe
