My answer would be:
1) Wouldnt think so, never heard it used that way, but on the other hand, what do I know, Im from sweden after all :). I would say though, that to be a rock star it sure helps to have some poseurish qualities.
2) I dont see why not.

three answers:

a) it is, if becoming a rock star is your purpose :evil:
b) it is, if becoming a rock star is not your purpose, but you become a rock star anyway, and you start behaving like your "new role" imposes you to :evil:
c) it's not, if becoming a rock star is not your purpose, and you continue behaving like if you were not, even after becoming one :twisted:

when i was a teenager in finland we used to use the word rock star to mean poseur :D

I'm suspecting now here it's meaning form w/o the function or the "authentic" purpose, kind of as Bronco's said.

That's interesting, I wasnt aware of this change of meaning.

So what would one call good old lemmy these days, rock'n'roll superhero :D ?
