Looks harrowing......

watched the second half of it. really disapointed in channel 4 (for those outside the UK, its a tv channel that is usually quite progressive) for portraying AR activists in such a bad light.

it essentially made all AR activists out to be f^cking psychos and vivisectors to be martyrs - taking the responsibility to do a job that is hard for the sake of society.

in the end the average viewer would be left with the impression that vivisection was right, and that it wasnt really cruel at all. apparently all that the animals did was give their life, not suffer or anything.

IMO this sounds like a public relations attempt on the part of pro vivisectors to show the public what self sacrificing martyrs and heroes vivisectors are and that they are being persecuted by crazed, rabid AR people.

Instead of being hated, this would make vivisectors heroes, wouldn't it ?

Maybe you and /or the public at large should find out who is financing this series ? The world deserves and should know the truth about the horrors and inaccuracy of vivisection and this is clearly not showing the truth or the facts.

Again, I would find out who is behind this series .....and let it slip out to the public.

It was a drama with some real undercover footage from within labs, interviews and some facts and figures. I agree that it made out protesters are psychos and vivisectionists are martyrs. I was dissapointed they didn't interview any scientists that are anti vivisection. It seemed inaccurate and one sided to me.
