Watch loads of movies lately.

The Fighter -> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0964517/
Really really good movie, was not expecting to be anywhere near as good as it was.

Last Night -> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1294688/
I have a major crush on Keira (it totally freaks me out how thin Keira is now), but besides that this is very intense movie. Maybe not something to watch with an insecure partner.

The Warrior's Way -> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1032751/
Rubbish.

The Mechanic -> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0472399/
If you like any other Statham movie you will like this one. Kind of predictable but good fight sequences.

Just finished my Keira Knightley marathon.

The Duchess - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0864761/
Actually a lot better than I expected, would go as far as to say I enjoyed it.

Pure - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0308772/
I had never even heard of this movie, it was really really good and proper sad. Had a few tears towards the end, specially when Keira started chasing the dragon. Sad story, with great little kid actor who you cant help but like, head wrecking opening scene. All in all a must watch if your into that type of movie.

Agree- I saw this in my local cinema; at the end everyone was crying.

Other memorable films I have enjoyed include

'The Lives of Others'

'The Hours'

and last but not least 'Don't Look Now'

the concert (2009): http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1320082/
marvellous!!! perfect balance between amusement and emotions. 60 minutes into the movie there's a line which made me cry-laugh for 5 minutes (i had to pause the thing); the overall atmosphere reaches its peak at the end, where it is (almost) impossible not to cry for other reasons. and, after all, tchaikovsky is tchaikovsky.

Fast and Furious 5

I enjoyed it.

I hate cars, I hate macho men, I hate 2-D baddies and I hate too-sexy-to-be-true heroines, but I enjoyed it. It's so silly and fun and over-the-top that I found it impossible not to enjoy it.

The Bank Job
Her indoors nearly didn't watch because it had jason Statham in it, but it turned out to be really entertaining - and based ona true story.

Deception
Partway through I thought it was going to be a porn, but it was a medium-weight plot and was OK.

Hobo with a shotgun. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1640459/

A homeless guy buys a shotgun and becomes a vigilante. It's quite gory and fun!

@benzilla - LOL, I am going to hire that one for sure

Got a goody last night
- Wog Boy 2 / Kings of Mykonos

Loved it. Extremely funny film, but I did love the first one too so I could be a little biased :wink:

Life in a day http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1687247/

Saw it in a free preview. See it if you can, and take a tissue or two for the tears, even if you are a hard ass.
