Your favourite TED talks

Postby Rochellita » Sun Jun 19, 2011 9:49 pm

I've been listening to TED talks a lot lately and I thought it might be nice to start a thread and ask people for their favourite talks.

I listened to this one today from oceanographer Sylvia Earle called Oceans Wish, beautiful talk and she has the most captivating voice!

Well over half of the talks on TED are worth watching, but I particularly enjoy some of the talks from the 'What Makes Us Happy?' series (http://www.ted.com/themes/what_makes_us_happy.html).

In particular, I really enjoyed http://www.ted.com/talks/srikumar_rao_plug_into_your_hard_wired_happiness.html.
Lovin' it!

There is a lot on there, I find myself putting stuff on while I'm pottering about because even if I'm not 100% interested in a topic I pick up useful information. I like those What Makes US Happy talks too.
