i just decided to take track and i just finished my second day of running and after half a mile (or less :oops: ) i"ll feel like im about to fall down and i have to take it slow until im just fast walking

ive been vegan since late july and i have not done any cardio in a year (ive only been lifting weights and doing yoga + pilates)

so is this normal? i mean will i get better and improve at this? our school has us practicing everyday for two hours also (if this might be of any significance) i am five eight & one_thirty lbs

what kind off school is this?

It's a bit much to train 2 hours every day. Specially when you are a beginner.

Think you can improve for sure. Just start slowly and increase the training step by step.

It can take a couple off weeks or months, but finally some results come up..

Its totally normal.
If you are new to the training, you cant expect to not be tired. Especially if you didnt do a fall or winter sport to stay in shape.
Dont worry about it. You will get accustomed to the practicing.
