Are you adicted to running?

do you like the feeling after a couple of miles?

Or is running a strugle against the elements and yourself with only the result as reward?

I guess I am addicted in a way. Sometimes it is a struggle to get started but I always feel good afterwards.

And I get pretty grumpy when I can't run :)

Im addicted, thats for sure!

But i always find the first 30 mins much harder. After 30 mins, I usually feel like I could just keep going and going....

Yeah, I recognize that feeling :).
[quote="JP"]Spirulina is a badass crew, and they often just hang around in street corners looking to beat up proteins.

They oftenget confused by the fact that they are almost half protein themselves.

oh absolutely addicted, hard core, my boyfriend and i have actually discussed this, and think its literally impossible for me to ever have a day off, ive get so much energy its just trouble, i get impatient, ratty, i eat too much, i get lazy but then chonicly manic,.....yep i cant live without my run, every day at the moment in this weather i have a little corner of paranoia about injuring myself, that would just be hell on earth.! For us all.
