vo2max 63.8 ml/kg/min
max hearth beat (in test) 194
anaerobe border 14.8km/h (hearth beath 178 beats per minute)

so i guess i should be able to run an hour: 14.8km/hr 4.03 per km

if you have nice info let me know..

I also have a tabel with 5 categories for running

For me:

VO2max 62.8
Max HR 188
Anaerobic border 15kph/175bpm

But I don't think my test was as accurate as yours (it didn't use the face mask etc.) In any case there must be something else going on as you are much quicker than me.

guess these tests are not to acurate at all.

I'm glad i did not had to pay the normal price 45 euro.. I payed 0 euro ;)

I think i should be able to run 15k an hour.. but we can see that next month..

Yeah I don't really understand your results as you must average >16kph for a 10K?????

Only think i know is my max HR is around 198, and when i ran the 10k last year i did it in 46:46 (see, running sucks!) and my average HR was 183bpm.

Mmmhh I'm 38 and have 194 HRmax (sprinting after a 10km or HM) 181-179 average running a 10k-21k and my polar shows 63-64 OI (that is a not so accurate vO2max
