my goals for 2006 are:
- no injuries!
- run a few more 5k's
- hopefully extend my distance to 10k
- find a good route for running when I go to Italy, as I'll be in the middle of town (as in Birmingham, but here I found great runs along the canals)
First it was necessary to civilize man in relation to man.
Now it is necessary to civilize man in relation to nature and the animals.

hey hey, ive always not understood that apples comment aswell, cool thanks for clearing that up, we learn so much here eh!!
my goal is to run two marathons this coming year, leipzig in April and Berlin in september, and to shave a whole lot of time off my current time.
Ten minutes is my dream.
At the moment the snow is serving well as a muscle stregthener, i feel like i put three times the effort into half the result.!
