I think I have worked it out, I habitualy hold a good solid posture by engaging my transverse abdominals and engage my rectus abdominals to a lesser extent, I basicly perform a stomach vacume all day.

This carrys across to my running except I hold my tranverse abdominals at 100% and my rectus abdominals at 70% in order to help my back as I lean foward, this puts to much pressure on my intestines. I have been focusing on relaxing my abdominals everytime I breath out and contracting when I breath in, it seems to work fine.
