Bluebell and I ran a 4 mile race today at her parents running club (Tattenhall runners). It was a graded race where the slowest person (on paper) started first and the fastest started last. The first person to reach the finish, as per usual is the winner. Bluebell started 22mins after the first runner and I started 45secs later (as last runner).

I managed to make my way through most of the field finishing 3rd in:

4 miles: 20mins 38secs

and Bluebell took 10th in:

4miles: 22mins 30secs

These were the 1st and 2nd fastest times of the day (men and women) and personal bests for us both.

A good advert for veganism!

BTK
Seize each day with both hands and tell at least one person that you love them at least once.

I'm scared of posting my times...or of timing myself/measuring distances...
I think I'm a little intimidated for some reason....

it's not a competition.. it's to get an idea about what people can and to see the progress..

I'd like to post my times for 5k, but I'm a bit afraid I'll get laughed right off the forum...
A vegan marathoner, are you crazy? Nope, not crazy, just healthy.
