Ok, feeling very much better now i have an endorphine high :D

Im definately a cold weather/early morning runner. The colder the better. There is nothing better than being out in the snow in the middle of winter. The only 10 k race i have ever done was in 24 degree heat and it was just awful!

Fruity - you're very sensible staying in bed til pool time if you are still carrying a bit of a cold. Hope it clears up soon.

My last 10k was also with 30 'C

lots of people just stoped.. ore started to walk.. I just considered the last 5k a training and did it slowly.. that kind of wether is oké for sprints..
