Experience from an old runner

Postby donaldbing » Wed Dec 09, 2015 9:46 am

I'm not as young and strong as 20 years ago. And I'm getting older. Every time I run, I will be very tired. My doctor advised me to have oxygen inhalation after strenuous exercise.

So I bought a portable oxygen concentrator. After I used it for a while, I thought he was right. Oxygen is beneficial for strenuous exercise. Oxygen inhalation can rapidly improve shortness of breath, chest tightness, eliminate fatigue and restore physical strength After strenuous exercise.

So, here is my experience. :)

I'm 57 and no, running is hardly effortless, but I don't really feel that tired after a run. It seems like by the time I really need to inhale oxygen maybe I ought to just switch to walking. Where do you get this oxygen and the inhaler? How much does it cost?
