Thanks for the reply Ryan. The posture change I was talking about was to put my hips forward/up which make my whole body straighten. When I get tired I tend to lean forward with my upper body and bend the hip. The problem is much better now and only the time I have noticed it has been when I ran over 10 km (which has only happened one time). I have stretched almost every day and hopefully it has helped.

Both the carioca and lunge warm-up seems good, will try to incorporate them. I am really bad at warming up generally so should probably try to do that more.

I do not think I have either bow leg knock kneed and my feet seems straight enough.
