It is good to see that Jeff manages to more then fulfil his energy requirements for elite marathon training from his diet. He must have to be so careful with is vitamin and mineral monitoring though as he must use up a hell of a lot of both if he is training up to 100miles a week.

Some good recipe ideas there as well.
