Jeffrey Eggleston sets a new marathon PR in 2:13:12 and takes 5th overall and 1st American at Grandma's Marathon yesterday. His facebook post said, "I'll only get better!"

Runner...it would be a huge leap for vegan athleticism if he pulls off a top 3 at the Trials for an olympic team spot. I'll be rooting for sure!

Currently I'm training for the Vermont 50 ultramarathon. I really don't know what to expect out of the terrain, but I'm hoping for a top placing and if all goes well, a course record. This is a first for me though, so we'll see what comes!!!
