I think people overestimate the impact a vegetarian diet will have on their health. IMO there is only four possible health differences between a omnivore and vegetarian diet.

1. no meat
2. no fish
3. no poultry
4. Over consumption of grains

Vegetarians do not eat meat. So what? They can eat as much eggs, drink as much milk, eat as much beef broth soup as they wish. Only a junketarian is going to have nutritional difficulties on a vegetarian diet.

However, I am all for a vegetarian diet for moral and ethical reasons. Don't get me wrong.
