I'm following Bart Yasso's plan for a half-marathon and then I will switch over to his marathon training plan after I finish the half. I found the plan in his book "My Life on the Run", which I highly recommend...but I'm sure its out on the internet somewhere. What I like about the half marathon plan so far is that I run only 4 days a week, with my long run on Sundays. It's very "doable". The intermediate and advanced training plans are also included in this book.
